Every tool your industry needs,
in one affordable package.
Quotes, customer management, daily reports, scheduling, inquiries. Subscribing to a separate SaaS for each task adds up in both effort and cost. AAP (AI Application Package), now in development at Artivation, brings together the many business apps each industry needs, alongside AI, so they can be used as a single package — delivered at a lower cost than subscribing to each one separately. Right now, we are building AAP together with the companies that come to us, learning how their work actually gets done.
Many apps for each industry.
One package to use them.
For each industry, AAP provides the many business apps the work requires — quotes, customer and project management, daily reports, scheduling, billing and more. You don’t have to pick and subscribe to them one by one. Adopt the AAP for your industry and everything you need is already in place, working as a single package.
Business apps by industry (examples)
The AAP for your industry
Used as one package- One contract, one login
- Data flows between apps — no re-entry
- AI organizes and drafts; people review and decide
- Preconfigured for your industry, with onboarding support
App lineups are examples. AAP is currently in development, and we are building it together with each industry as we learn how their work gets done.
Affordable. Fast.
Simple.
Lighter work, even for companies without dedicated IT staff. To get there, AAP bundles the tools your industry needs, industry-specific setup, and hands-on onboarding into one.
Affordable
Not a pile of contracts —
one package.
Quotes, customer management, daily reports, scheduling, inquiries. Because AAP brings the SaaS you used to subscribe to separately into one package, it costs less than contracting each one individually. And there’s no extra cost to connect tools together.
Fast
Preconfigured for your industry.
Ready to use right away.
Each industry’s workflows, forms and approval steps are built in from the start. There’s no need to design anything from scratch — import your existing data and you’re ready to go.
Simple
Nothing to choose or assemble.
Onboarding included.
You don’t need to decide which apps to use or how to connect them. Screens follow the order of your industry’s work. We handle setup, data import and training alongside you.
Subscribing to SaaS one by one
is tedious — and expensive.
Add a handy SaaS for each task, and contracts, invoices and logins multiply with every tool. Worse, the tools don’t talk to each other, so copying and checking data between them is still left to people. AAP brings what each industry needs together under a single contract.
Today: separate SaaS for each task
AAP: everything your industry needs, in one
Specialized software you already use, such as accounting and payroll, is connected rather than replaced.
Included tools vary by industry. The above is an illustrative example.
Not the best app.
The best package.
We don’t compete on feature counts, and we don’t sell apps one at a time. We bring together everything an industry’s work requires and get it ready to use, with you. AAP makes three commitments.
The whole workflow,
not single features
Rather than isolated points like “quotes” or “daily reports,” AAP connects each job from start to finish. Because everything runs on shared data, you never have to re-enter the same information.
Your current software
stays where it works
Where strong software already exists — accounting, payroll, compliance — we connect to it instead of rebuilding it. We reduce the friction between tools without adding the burden of switching.
AI drafts,
people review and decide
AI organizes information and drafts documents. Wherever judgment is required — quotes, contracts, billing — a person always reviews and approves. We don’t promise full automation.
Designed industry by industry,
starting from the workflow.
Even a “quote” means different information and different approvers in advertising than in construction. That’s why AAP is built for each industry. We are currently learning how work gets done in the following industries. Each workflow shown is a hypothesis we are testing through our interviews.
We also talk with companies outside these industries whose work runs in similar ways.
Listen, choose,
validate — then deliver.
We don’t start by adding more apps. We listen to how work actually gets done, choose the industries and tasks where we can create value, and validate in real use with a small number of companies before expanding.
Workflow Interview
For each industry, we ask about recent workflows, the tools in use, and the tasks that take the most effort.
Choose focus industries
We compare the size of the problem, how common the workflows are, and ease of adoption to decide which industries to tackle first.
Early pilot
Companies use it with their real work and data, and together we verify time savings and usability.
Launch
We package what we validated and offer it together with onboarding support.
