From a company that supports,
to a company that builds businesses.
While supporting the work of small and mid-sized businesses through AAP, we create our own businesses in parallel. Our goal is to establish Artivation as an operating company within a year and a half, by spring 2028, making use of venture capital funding and in-house investment opportunities as we pursue growth into a large operating company.
Advancing AAP,
becoming an operating company in 18 months.
About a year and a half, from fall 2026 to spring 2028. As we launch AAP as a business, we will also create our own businesses, bringing Artivation to the point where it stands on its own as an operating company. AAP and New Ventures aren’t a choice between one or the other — we run them in parallel over the same period.
By spring 2028, with AAP and our own businesses as twin engines,
Artivation will move from a support company to an operating company.
Timing is indicative and may change depending on business progress, staffing and funding.
From a support company to a large operating company.
Supporting work through AAP is our starting point. We will turn the strength we gain there into the ability to create and grow our own businesses.
Combine, validate, grow.
The power of research, technology and development. Future co-founders and business leaders.
Customer interviews, industry research, AAP customer touchpoints, and hypotheses born from technology.
Expanding growth opportunities
with capital.
To grow validated businesses at scale, we use both outside and in-house capital. Which businesses to invest in, and in what form, is decided case by case.
Leverage venture capital
- For businesses with validated growth potential, we also use venture capital investment to accelerate growth
- We choose the capital structure that best fits each business
Invest in-house
- We reinvest the revenue and insight gained from AAP into new businesses
- We validate small, then concentrate people and funds on what’s promising
The legal entity and investment structure for each business are decided case by case.
We’re looking for people
to build businesses with us.
Science and engineering students, researchers and engineers who want to turn expertise built in research and development into businesses people actually use. Start by telling us what technology you’re working on.
- You want to form business hypotheses starting from your own expertise
- You want to see your technology actually solve customers’ problems
- You want to take on the challenge of leading a business or co-founding one in the future
