From inquiry to invoicing,
one flow for the site and the office.

AffordableAll in one. Less than separate contracts
FastPreconfigured, ready to use right away
SimpleNothing to assemble. Onboarding included
Our hypothesis

How we think
construction work flows.

We’ve divided the industry’s end-to-end work into four stages, and for each, laid out the friction we think exists today alongside what AAP aims for.

This is a hypothesisIt’s based on research and conversations so far, and we’re still verifying it against real work. If something looks wrong, please tell us in an interview.
01

Inquiry

What likely happens todayRequests arriving by phone, email or referral are noted in planners or spreadsheets
What AAP aims forRegister inquiries as projects and keep site and customer information together
02

Draft estimate

What likely happens todayPast estimates and price lists are dug up and rebuilt in spreadsheets
What AAP aims forAI drafts an estimate from past projects; a person reviews and finalizes it
03

Daily reports

What likely happens todaySite photos and work details are collected via chat or on paper and retyped
What AAP aims forLink photos and work records to the project and prepare a draft daily report
04

Invoicing integration

What likely happens todayDaily reports are matched against estimates, and invoices are created in separate software
What AAP aims forGather the data needed for invoicing and, once approved, send it to your current accounting or invoicing software

“What AAP aims for” describes our concept. Wherever a judgment call is needed, a person always reviews and approves.

Hard parts

What we think will be hard in this industry.

We think about why things might fail before we start. In the interview, we’d like to learn how these really play out at your company.

Accuracy of drawings and costsHow far a draft estimate can be trusted depends on the quality of drawings and cost information.
Easy input on siteIf it can’t be used with busy hands on a job site, it won’t be used.
Fit with existing construction management toolsWe’ll work out whether to keep the tools you already use and how to connect them.
